Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 14 calendar days for a full refund or exchange. Calendar days are counted from the day the customer received the item(s). Unfortunately, after 14 days have gone by, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If any issues arise after 14 days, please visit our Warranty page.
All return and exchange items must be undamaged, in new and unused condition with the jewelry tag attached and not tampered with, and must be in the original packaging in order to be accepted for return or exchange. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase and all original documentation and packaging.
All customs orders are finale sale and will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Returns will be refunded in the original form of payment.
Return Instructions
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact Swid & Co. at swidandco@gmail.com to receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization). Without an RMA, return/exchange items will not be accepted and returned to customer at customer’s expense.
- Repack the item in its original packaging, including all paperwork. The RMA number must be written on the shipping label and on the original invoice. The item(s) will be shipped to:

- It is highly recommended to ship your item fully insured with signature request and return receipt for confirmation that your package has reached its destination. We will not be responsible for any lost/undelivered packages, and packages that may have been damaged during delivery.
*For all exchanges due to defect(s), the RMA will be accompanied with a shipping label. The customer will not be responsible for postage.
*For all returns, the customer is responsible for postage. You may purchase a shipping label yourself, or you may request a shipping label from us which will be deducted from the refund.
Once your item is received, it will be inspected for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds or exchanges. “New and unused condition” means that there are no scratches or marks, the item tag is still attached and does not show signs of tampering, and the item must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of an item with any indication that it has been used or tampered with.
After your item completes inspection, you will be notified of the results. If your item qualifies for a return, your refund will be issued within 1-2 weeks. For exchanges, your new item will be sent back to you within 1-3 business days. Any item that does not qualify for a return or exchange will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
